Very pleasant, helpful and polite fitter. Fitted 2 curtain rails in bay windows. Worked hard and completed work on time. Left the rooms clean and tidy. Explained the operation of the curtain rails well. The curtain operate perfectly, a great improvement on the previous ones. I would recommend Ontrack without reservation.

Roy called me on his way so I could leave work on his time of arrival. He worked in a very clean and tidy manner. My bay poles look beautiful! Curtain track fitted to bay window.
Roy fitted a steel curtain track to a bay window that we were happy with. The track was fitted as described over the phone and the price was as quoted. He was very professional and gave some good advice. I intend on using his services again.

3 curtain rails fitted, including 2 bay windows
Roy fitted three great curtain rails in a prompt and professional fashion. Three weeks later they are running beautifully - having fully functioning curtain tracks is wonderful! OnTrack's not the cheapest, but I've used cheaper tracks and track fitters in the past and it's false economy. These tracks appear to be great quality, well fitted. Roy was slightly late, hence the 9, but he did phone me to tell me he was going to be late.

Fitted extended curtain rail and curtains
Very efficient and let us know exactly what had been done. We were having a curtain rail fitted to a piece of wall where we have had problems with the curtain rail staying in. We were originally told that it would need drilling into a steel lintel but Roy found another solution and kept us informed of what he was doing instead. Very efficient, punctual and tidy. A good job and would recommend using his services.
